You may have seen a success message from our site when a new card is added to your FlightStats.com account. This is due to the site accepting the card as a valid number. However, we do not have control over whether your bank approves or declines the transaction. Once your bank approves the card transaction, your subscription will be ready to use.
Your credit card billing details must precisely match what is on file with your bank. Very small discrepancies may cause the changes to fail to save when you add/update your credit card.

For security reasons, our card processing vendor does not disclose precisely why your card address details failed to match. Therefore, please contact your bank to confirm exactly what is on file. Alternately, please use another credit card.
If you're still unable to subscribe with a new card, this can happen due to a number of reasons. Usually fraud protection, insufficient funds, or previous transaction activity causes a temporarily block on the card. Please contact your bank for further assistance. Often times, this block will clear up within 24 hours. If your bank is unwilling to accept the transaction, we recommend contacting your bank for more details regarding this decline.
