After an Opt-In invitation is sent, the traveler has a choice to either opt-in or opt-out of messaging or not respond at all. If the traveler does not have a Traveler Profile in Agent Advantage, it is safe to assume that they have not yet responded to the Opt-In invitation.
In the Itinerary view, there will be View Profile link next to the traveler's email address if the traveler has opted in to receive messaging:
If they have decided to opt-out of alerting, you will find an opted out profile with the Send Alerts check box unchecked while searching for their email address in the search tool below.

If you want to Opt-out a traveler who has previously opted-in, all you'll have to do is deselect the Send Alerts check box and click Save.
