When delivering email message alerts to your travelers, messages will have a default from address "trips@cirium.com". If you'd like the message to appear as if it were coming from your company, we'll need to first authorize your custom from addresses for your domain message configuration. To support this, we can either authorize each individual email address or authorize using custom from addresses for your domain. If you're unable to authorize your email domain, we can still verify a specific email address.
This can be seen under the customer's Admin tab > Email Configuration page (please see attached screenshot for reference).
We recommend that you authorize using custom from addresses for your domain. This will remove the need to authorize each individual email address. In order to do so, you will need to add new DNS records to authorize our email sender, Amazon SES, to send messages on behalf of your domain.
Please email our Help Desk at helpdesk@cirium.com to request your DNS records or if you have any questions about this process.
Once you have the DNS records, please request that your IT Administrator add the CNAME values listed.
