When delivering email message alerts to your travelers, messages will have the default From Address "trips@cirium.com". If you'd like the message to appear as if it were coming from your company, we'll need to first authorize your custom From Address for your domain message configuration. To support this, we can either authorize each individual email address or authorize your domain. If you're unable to authorize your email domain, we can still verify a specific email address.
After we authorize the From Email Address, you'll be able to configure it under your Account Settings > Email Configuration in Trip Center:
We strongly recommend customers to authorize your email domain. This will remove the need to authorize each individual email address. In order to do so, you will need to add new DNS records to authorize our email sender, Amazon SES, to send messages on behalf of your domain.
Please email our Help Desk at helpdesk@cirium.com to request your DNS records or if you have any questions about this process. We'd be happy to help.
Once you have the DNS records, please request that your IT Administrator add the CNAME values listed and you'll be all set with the new From Address.
