Overview- 12/01/2022

A new report has been added to the Homepage. If entitled, users will be able to access Profiles News directly from the Homepage. If users are not entitled to Profile, a link is provided to learn more about Profiles and the ability to request more information.

Overview- 10/27/2022

Video tutorials for the new Homepage and the Schedule Detail Report been added to the Help Drawer. The tutorials will assist users in understanding and using the new products.

Data freshness icon has been added to the Schedules Report family to show the date and time of schedule load. This will inform users when the latest schedule has loaded.

Overview- 09/28/2022

This release for the Diio includes the following functionality. A new Homepage, an updated Schedule Detail report, and an updated Schedule Summary page.

The homepage is the front door to users for the new Diio universe. The modern homepage displays reports users are entitled to, notifications of product updates, and context to what each module does. Providing feedback to the Diio team is easier to submit with the link to the Ideas portal at the top of the page. Finding help information has been streamlined with the Help button added at the bottom of the page. It is easier than every to toggle between reports using the Hamburger menu.

If entitled to the report, users can easily access the report. If users are not entitled to the report, additional information is available with one click.

Schedule Summary report provides users with the ability to view schedule data at the aggregate as well as the detailed level for use in trend and compare analysis.  

The Schedule Detail Report provides schedule data in detail at most granular level (flight level) and will provide users with consolidated capabilities found in the legacy Extract, Bank Structure, and Level of Ops reports at the daily level. The new Schedule Detail report also includes kilometers, Alpha- sort, and Market sort in the report.

Homepage

1. Upgrade list details:

   1. Information regarding new Diio user interface as well as ability to redirect back to legacy Diio Mi and SRS Analyzer products if needed. User can also provide feedback on Diio quicker, directly from the homepage.

2. Help tool

   1. The help tool Icon is the central place for all Diio help and information, users have access to FAQ’s, video tutorials, and they can submit a help request straight from the platform. For further resources users are redirected to Cirium helpdesk. This tool allows easy access for users to information regarding schedule reports, data updates, common use cases and more.

3. New reports including “premium” reports

   1. All reports are directly accessed from the Homepage. If a user does not have access to a Premium Report, information is provided on the report and a link is available for users to learn more about the Premium reports. Users can also access reports using the hamburger menu on top of the screen for quicker navigation between reports.

Snapshot

1. Snapshot capability provides users the ability to view and export multiple schedule publication dates to compare, or trend frequency and capacity changes for better insight to schedule updates. Schedule snapshot can represent data in a number of ways:  

   1. Summary enhancements: Inputs  

   2. Ability to Include/Exclude items in Airline and Origin/Destination filters via a toggle 

   3. Filter for Equipment 

   4. Toggle for Include Restricted Flights 

   5. Toggle for Codeshare (Exclude/Include only) 

   6. Filter for Stage Length 

   7. Filter for Domestic/International markets (Domestic: where Origin country=Destination Country, International: Origin country ≠Destination Country) 

   8. Snapshot Date filter 

Schedule Detail Report

1. Schedule extract data at the daily and weekly level. Combining previously multiple reports into one, saving time.  

2. Detail Report inputs will include common filters and components such as 

   1. Marketing Airline

   2. Operating Airline 

   3. Origin 

   4. Destination 

   5. Market 

   6. Equipment

   7. Travel Period

   8. Service Type 

   9. Filter by number of seats

   10. Run the report in one or both directions

3. Calendar date picker updated to better guide user to choose Snapshot dates with history.

Known Issues

1. Impacting the Schedule Detail & Summary reports and Schedule Snapshot, ACV seats by cabin, total seat count, and ASMs are not appearing for bus schedules.

Schedule Snapshot, Summary, and Detail Reports 8/17/22 Updates include:

• Sorting "Market Alpha Sort" Column Text Outside of Header;

Schedule Snapshot 3/1/22 Update provides users the ability to filter by countries in the Origin and Destination fields.

Schedule Snapshot 1/20/22 Update provides users with ASM’s as a new data field in addition to the current Flights and Seats fields in the report chart and table.

Schedule Snapshot 12/8/21 Update provides users the ability to export data table to CSV for additional analysis vs using the current HTML table with pagination limitations. Calendar date picker updated to better guide user to choose Snapshot dates with history.

Market Alerts MVP 3/12/20  is a user interface (UI) tool that enables authorised users to set alerts on day-over-day airline schedule changes meeting user-specified parameters on carrier, market, frequency and capacity. As per the parameters set, as and when there are changes to a schedule, Market Alerts issues an alert email notification to the user with the relevant updated flight schedule as an attachment.
