Cirium intends to run planned quarterly maintenance windows on the Cirium Sky environment to ensure that the platform is kept secure and up-to-date.
The quarterly maintenance calendar below shows the planned dates for the quarterly maintenance windows for Cirium Sky.
Note: These dates are placeholders for now and exact dates will be confirmed closer to time.
Customers will be notified 30 days (1 month) in advance of the planned quarterly maintenance window.
Any outages or downtime during a planned quarterly maintenance window does not count towards the service SLA uptime metric.
