Yes, we are able to monitor and alert on passively booked air segments in the PNR as long as they are not in conflict with other segments in the PNR that would result in the trip being flagged as invalid.
If you use a GDS to provide your trip data to Cirium, please email helpdesk@cirium.com to ensure we're able to retrieve PNRs posted with certain air segment codes via your GDS queue reader. If you use our Trip Import API payload request to provide your trip data to Cirium, our system will monitor and alert on any air segments in the trip provided.
