Unfortunately, Trip Groups cannot be deleted and we are no longer able to support the ability to archive them in Trip Center. To turn off all alerting on a Trip Group:
In Trip Center, please have an admin navigate to your Account Settings and click on Manage Trip Groups.
Look up the Trip Group and click on it to view it.
Follow these steps:
- Deactivate and remove any Agent Trip Alert Emails
- Turn off any Trip Assist options
- Deactivate Traveler Trip Alerts and Trip Reminders
- Click Save
