Setting Up a Help Desk Account
As a Cirium Sky for Airline Ops customer you would need to have an account on the Cirium Help Desk to access Cirium Sky for Airline Ops product documentation and resources as well as to create and access your support tickets.
Please follow the steps below to setup your account on the Cirium Help Desk.
Step 1 - Follow this link to access the Help Desk site: https://helpdesk.cirium.com
Step 2 - In the top right-hand corner of the browser window, click the "Sign In" button
Step 3 - In the pop-up window, click the "Sign Up" button
Step 4 - Complete the Sign Up Form
Step 5 - Check your email for a verification email from the Help Desk. Click the link to verify your email and set a password.
Note: Once you have setup your Cirium Help Desk account, please raise a support ticket to request access to the Cirium Sky for Airline Ops documentation via the Cirium Help Desk or alternatively raise a support ticket by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
