Although Diio can produce very large reports in real-time and even larger reports in the background, if your report was too large to complete given currently available system resources, we may not be able to process the report. Often, reports which exceed system resources are much broader than what users actually intend to query. Please review the report's parameters and see if it is possible to narrow the scope of the data you are querying or you many wish to try exporting the report in a TSV format. Then visit the User > Report Hub > History page to find and resubmit the report.
There is also a workaround to consolidate duplicate rows, and allow your report to be processed. If you go to User-> Account Settings and change Directionality handling from Full Alpha to Half Alpha. Then you should be able to run the report In Background. See screenshots below.
Please see this FAQ for Diio Half Alpha/Full Alpha explained:

Schedule reports sent to your email
Depending on the size of the file and the limitations of our server, scheduled reports may be sent without the attachments and as a link to download the report file instead. We will attach the report file with the message if the file is under 7MB (excel only). If you'd like to always have the report attached to your scheduled report emails, you can either limit the date range of the report and/or not 'Include Both Directions' which could help cut down report output size.
If you'd like our system to always send a message containing a link to download the report file, this option can be selected under your Account Settings page.
