To submit a support ticket via the Cirium Helpdesk please follow the steps below:
Step 1 - Follow this link to access the Help Desk site: https://helpdesk.cirium.com
Step 2 - In the top right-hand corner of the browser window, click the 'Submit a request' button
Step 3 – On the ‘Submit a request’ page select the appropriate ticket form to submit your ticket.
Select the ‘Cirium Customer Support’ form for all general enquiries and support tickets.
Select the “Snowflake Support Incident’ form for any incidents related to operational systems.
Step 4 – Enter your email address, a short subject in the ‘Subject’ field and a detailed description of the issue / problem in the ‘Description’ field.
The ‘Email’, ‘Subject’ and ‘Description’ fields are all mandatory.
You can optionally attach files such as logs, screenshots / images or project files.
