Legal Entity name change – Reed Business Information Ltd to LNRS Data Services Ltd

This notice is to advise that on 1st November 2020 Reed Business Information Ltd changed its name to LNRS Data Services Ltd.  This name change better reflects our organisation as a first-class data and analytics business. The brands and products you work with, services you receive and the terms of your contract will be unaffected in any way, and your contact point from within the organisation will remain the same.

The only changes you will see are as follows:

• from 1st November 2020, invoices will be issued from LNRS Data Services Ltd 
• the name of the bank account will change accordingly and so, from 1^st November, payments should be made to LNRS Data Services Ltd, but the account number, sort code and IBAN reference numbers will remain the same as before for all currencies. 
• We are also making a change to our VAT registration, combining the RBI business within our RELX parent company VAT grouping.  You will see the new VAT number (GB 730 8595 20) appear on invoices from the date of the name change.
