In the Agent Advantage console under the Admin tab > Manage Groups, you'll find a column called "Group Owner". The Group Owner is the Agent Advantage user who originally created the group or it could be the default user our system uses to automatically create a Trip Group upon receipt of a new trip from your GDS queue or Trip Import feed.

Furthermore, if you have Trip Assist enabled, any Open Issues that are triggered from a trip disruption will be auto-assigned to the Group Owner listed under the associated Trip Group in the Agent Advantage console and Trip Center.
