To run a Values Analyzer Group Valuation:-
Step 1 – Access the Group Valuation Create page: log in your Values Analyzer homepage and either from the widget or the ‘Portfolios’ dropdown click on ‘Group Valuation’
Step 2 – Create a Group Valuation: name, describe, and add aircraft to your Group Valuation by searching for MSN or registration numbers. Once you have completed this step don’t forget to set your valuation parameters before saving and exiting or saving and running this page.
Save and Exit will allow you to save the details you have provided and run the valuations on your group of aircraft at a later time. Save and Run will allow you to run the valuation and automatically generate a PDF and Excel output available in ‘Recent Valuations’.
Step 3 (if you Save and Exit) – access the Group Valuation you created and make all changes you wish to do.
Step 4 (if you Save and Run) – confirm if you wish to proceed with running the valuation. This pop-up will confirm how much the Group Valuation will cost: one credit per aircraft valued.
Step 5 – View your results and add/remove aircraft and valuation details: the result page with valuations requested will appear with default columns. Users will be able to add/remove values if needed. Further – with access to Fleets Analyzer – the customer will be able to add/remove aircraft details, such as ‘Operator’ or ‘Manager’. This is the same functionality available in Portfolios.
Step 6 – View recent valuations: the Recent Valuations section is useful to view all group valuations saved and group valuations ran as, well as delete unwanted batches. All batches that have been run will also provide an Excel and PDF version of the valuation, stored for customers to access when needed.
How do I share Group Valuations with other colleagues?
Unfortunately, Group Valuations cannot be moved from one user to another.
