You can either manually create a Trip Group or have it automatically created after you send us a test Trip to our system. We recommend the latter approach to ensure the CUSTOMER_ID information matches the Trip Group in our system.
Automatic Trip Group creation:
If you'd like to set up a Trip Group with extra configuration settings ahead of travel, we recommend the following steps to have the Trip Group created automatically:
- Create a test PNR.
- Send it through to our system to automatically create the Trip Group.
- Log into Trip Center to modify the Trip Group's configuration settings under Account Settings > Manage Trip Groups:

Manual Trip Group creation:
To create a Trip Group in Trip Center, please go to your Accounts Settings > Manage Trip Groups:

Here are some reasons why you'd want to set up additional configuration settings on a Trip Group:
- Short-term notice of group travel
- Adding an Agent At-Risk email ahead of time
