If you perform any changes at the Trip Group level, our system requires that you reprocess all future itineraries (with travel left to complete), so that any changes to the configuration (message configs, alert options, etc.) will take effect. For example if you add a new Agent At-Risk email, you'll need to reprocess itineraries afterwards.
This can be accomplished by selecting Reprocess Itineraries under the Admin tab in the Agent Advantage console:
