In the Agent Advantage console, you can view the alerts sent for an itinerary and your alert configuration settings (default or for that trip group).
First, log into the Agent Advantage tool:
Hover your cursor over the Itinerary tab and select "Itinerary Search" in the drop down list.
To look up all itineraries on a given date, select a departure date and click Search.
If you do not know the Record Locator, PNR or Itinerary Reference Number, you can search by Airline, Flight Number, and Departure Date to obtain a full list of trips associated with that flight.
To look up a particular trip, paste in the Record Locator or Itinerary Reference ID and click Search.
On the View Itinerary screen, you'll find a link called "View Monitoring Rule" on the left-hand side of the page. Click on that link to view the Itinerary's Rule Display.
Under the section called Itinerary Rule Histories, a history of alerts that we triggered to this trip is displayed and includes the following information:
- Timestamp of the trip created in our system
- Timestamp of alerts sent
- Alert type
- Alert destination
- Airline code and flight number associated with the alert
