From the Opt-in invitation sent to the traveler, they should complete the Trip Alert Registration form. The email invitation will contain instructions on how to do so.
The traveler will be asked to complete their Traveler Profile to setup the "Pre-Trip" and "Traveling" contact points.
Pre-TripAlerts that are typically before a flight departs such as cancellation or delay of first flight.
TravelingAlerts that are sent during a trip such as gate change and connection information.
They have the option to choose either email alerts or SMS text alerts. Message and data rates may apply to SMS text alerts. The traveler can text STOP to any SMS text alert we send to opt out of alerting or text HELP for further assistance.
