After an Opt-In invitation is sent, the traveler has a choice to either opt-in or opt-out of messaging or not respond at all. If the traveler does not have a Traveler Profile in Trip Center, it is safe to assume that they have not yet responded to the Opt-In invitation.
The Send Message button shown below allows users to send a short message to the traveler in the Trip view of the Trip Center tool. The traveler must have a Traveler Profile and have opted into messaging for this option to be available.
If they have decided to opt-out of alerting, you will see the alert functionality turned off in their Traveler Profile.
Traveler Profile Search:
If you want to Opt-out a traveler who has previously opted-in, all you'll have to do is toggle the Activate Alert function in their Traveler Profile and click Save.
If you'd like to know when the traveler has responded to the Opt-In Invitation, this information is currently not available in the Agent Advantage console. Instead, kindly submit a ticket to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'd be happy to look up the date in our system.
