If the traveler has responded to their Opt-in invitation, you can search for their profile here:

After an Opt-In invitation is sent, the traveler has a choice to either opt-in or opt-out of messaging or not respond at all. If the traveler does not have a Traveler Profile in Trip Center, it is safe to assume that they have not yet responded to the Opt-In invitation.
If they have decided to opt-out of alerting, you will see the alert functionality turned off in their Traveler Profile. Traveler profiles are created for travelers who have responded to the Opt-in invitation and have either opted in and opted out of alerting.
If you want to Opt-out a traveler who has previously opted-in, all you'll have to do is toggle the Activate Alert function in their Traveler Profile and click Save.
Please note: Information on the exact date the the traveler responded to the Opt-In Invitation is currently unavailable.
