I'm a Diio Mi user from a Star Alliance carrier. How do I get access to the Star Alliance Network Tools?

If a member of Star Alliance would like to request for access to Star Alliance Network Tools, please reach out to the respective administrator for permission: 

For LOT Polish Airlines, please reach out to w.jagiello@lot.pl 

For all other Airlines and Star Alliance HQ, please reach out to andres.cabanzo@staralliance.com

Notes: 

> The user should have access to Diio Mi. After getting approval from the mentioned contact persons, submit SOP case to have Star Tools access enabled for the user. 

> If the user doesn't have access to Diio Mi, submit an SOP case for Diio access request first.
