How do you define coverage and other fields such as flights, tracked, completion factor?

We use several concepts to capture the completeness of our flight data. Users will notice fields such as Flights, Tracked Flights, Coverage (Cov) %, and Completion Factor (CF) %. We define these fields as follows:

Flights - The number of scheduled flight operations.

Tracked Flights (Tracked) - The number of flight operations that Cirium received an actual gate time, cancelation or diversions.

Coverage (Cov) % - The percentage of flights that are tracked.

Completion Factor (CF) % - The percentage of tracked flights that Cirium received an actual gate arrival time that were not cancelled or diverted.
