To run a Values Analyzer Generic Group Valuation:-
Step 1 – Access the Generic Group Valuation Create page: log in to Values Analyzer and, either from the widget or the ‘Portfolios’ dropdown, click on ‘New Generic Group Valuation’ or ' Generic Group Valuation'.
Step 2 – Add a name and description, then add the required aircraft to your Generic Group Valuation by searching for the Manufacturer, Type or Value Sub Series.
Step 3 - For each aircraft, select the required Year and Month of Build, update the MTOW and Engine if required, and add any Spec Adjusters. Then click 'Confirm' to save the configuration.
Step 4 - Once you have selected and configured the required aircraft, set your valuation parameters before saving and exiting or saving and running the page.
Save and Exit will allow you to save the details you have provided and run the valuations on your group of aircraft at a later time. Save and Run will allow you to run the valuation and automatically generate a PDF and Excel output available in ‘Recent Valuations’.
Step 5 (if you Save and Exit) – retrieve the Generic Group Valuation you created at any time (from the homepage) and edit or run.
Step 6 (if you Save and Run) – confirm if you wish to proceed with running the valuation. This pop-up will confirm how much the Generic Group Valuation will cost: one credit per aircraft valued.
Step 7 – View your results and add/remove valuation details: the result page with valuations requested will appear with default columns. Users can add/remove values if needed.
Step 8 – View recent valuations: the Recent Valuations section is useful to view all Generic Group Valuations saved and ran as, well as delete unwanted batches. All batches that have been run will also provide an Excel and PDF version of the valuation, stored for users to access when needed.
How do I share Generic Group Valuations with other colleagues?
Unfortunately, Generic Group Valuations cannot be moved from one user to another or shared. If a new user is taking over responsibility for running valuations, the only option currently is for them to recreate the groups. If there is a need to frequently run and share valuations for a number of aircraft, please speak with your Account Manager to learn more about our Portfolios product.
