Our system is designed for the traveler to click on the registration link in the Opt-in invitation themselves and create their own Traveler Profile. If you're encountering an error when attempting to opt-in a traveler for them and they are unable to opt-in themselves, we recommend opening a new tab in private browsing mode (incognito mode, private window, etc), then paste the "Register Here" link into that new tab and follow the instructions to create the traveler's profile.
