Trip Assist Reports are based on the travel support member's interaction with the trip. The agency can gain valuable insight in how they were able to manually assist the travelers during a given disruption.
Trip Outcome Reports monitors all trips for travel disruptions and contains valuable information on how travelers were impacted when a travel disruption occurs and can assist in determining the operational and support needs for their travelers ahead of time. The Trip Outcome Reports do not impact the Trip Assist Reports.
