Trip Assist Reports or “Issues Reports” are a suite of reports that enable a customer to understand disruptions that impacted their travelers during a trip.
Several reports are available online and on-demand including a summary of the total minutes saved, overnights avoided, and additional fees and travelers contacted. These reports are currently only available to travel support members who have appropriate security access to view trips.
