We are experiencing an ongoing live issue where some customers are not receiving email notifications from our helpdesk. These notifications are sent to acknowledge receipt of a new ticket, and to provide feedback from the support team. Customers have reported these emails as being blocked or redirected to spam due to them originating from zendesk.com. We are working with Zendesk and our internal IT team to find a resolution.
