We support our APIs and will promptly answer technical support questions pertaining to FlightStats data products. If you have a technical question, please submit a Cirium Help Desk support ticket.
We currently do not offer technical consulting or detailed examples for third-party programming environments. Our customers are successfully consuming FlightStats Developer Center data in a multitude of frameworks. Some useful information is available via search engine queries for how to consume a web service in PHP, ASP.Net, Java, etc.
According to the Terms of Use for use of Cirium Services, the customer shall establish and enforce reasonable procedures to ensure that you can control and account for access to and use of the Cirium Services. How reliable and stable your platform is for querying the APIs is dependent on your code logic and specifications of your programming environment.
We aim to provide a rich and responsive API platform. Our customers want API products that are continuously improving, but also have stable and predictable formats. We aim to offer both a dependable format as well as incremental improvements. Customers with parsers that expect strict adherence to our published documentation may require a further rewrite of their code to become more tolerant of additive changes.
