This feature is a way to remove a stale issue from the open issue list.
From the Trip Center console home page, click on My Issue List. Optionally sort the list and then click on the record locator of your choice. Click on Expired, fill in the details of your choice, and click Resolve.
To expire issues in bulk, go to the Issue Search from the home page. Select Open as the status, input a date for a maximum resolve by time, and then click Search. Click All underneath the Issue Search Criteria section to select all issues and then click Resolve under the Batch Actions drop down menu. Click on Expired, fill in the details of your choice, and then click Resolve.
Please note: Issues auto-resolve 7 days after travel. This does not include Invalid Itinerary Issues. Invalid Itinerary Issues will need to be manually resolved after the trip is updated for clients who have the Invalid Itinerary monitoring feature enabled.
