For a traveler to Opt-in, we require you to fill in all of the open fields in the Trip Alert profile. If a traveler has Opted-out and would like to Opt back in, please see the following steps:
1) First, you will need to do a Traveler Search to find the profile in Trip Center. The fastest way is to enter the traveler's email address into the Traveler Key field and click Search.
For agents, please use the Traveler Search:
2) After the profile loads, click on it to view it.
3) Fill out all fields and send a password reset email by clicking on the Reset Password button. Make sure you activate the Alert toggle for either Pre-Trip or Traveling or both. After this step completed, click Save.
The traveler will then be navigated to their Traveler Profile login when they reset their password.
