This is often time caused by an email address that appears in other travelers’ PNR. The best way to see if an email address is appearing on multiple travelers’ PNRs is by doing an ‘Trip Search’ on the “incorrect” email address.

You can also use the 'Traveler Search' in Trip Center to see if a Trip Alert profile contains the “incorrect” email address as a contact point.
