Our MRO data is researched and curated by an internal team. Data sources include OEM's, MRO's, airlines, lessors, regulatory authorities. It includes airframe inspection intervals (Fleet Maintenance) and Airframe, Engine, APU and major components overhaul contracts data, including start and end dates where known. We do not actively research Business or Military fleet operators arrangements due to difficulty in getting this information for confidential or privacy reasons.
The Maintenance Contracts tab will show relationships between operators, types of aircraft, fleet maintenance function (e.g A, C, Heavy, Landing Gear etc). i.e it provides intelligence on which MROs work with which airlines. The relationship is at fleet level so it can't tell you which specific aircraft or quantities of work are covered under the more precise contract terms that may be in place.
In addition there can be more than one MRO organisation connected to the same fleet of aircraft because the operator airlines uses multiple solutions for managing it's MRO. In this situation the database does not attempt to indicate work share or specific split of aircraft between MRO Providers.
