Where do I get support with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Signing in to the the Tableau Cloud now requires Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

To implement MFA, please follow the steps provided by Tableau to download the authenticator app:

1) While signing in, I receive a prompt asking me for the URL.

The URL is Flightstatsanalytics

2) Can I sign in without using MFA?

It is the product feature by Tableau to enhance security and Cirium strongly supports it. As it is a mandatory security measure, it is not possible for us to revert back to non-MFA accounts.

3) I am facing a problem with the download functionality.
