Our scheduled reports have a date offset feature. This offset is based on the date on the server which is running the report. If reports are being run around midnight, or there is a delay in the data load (e.g., the schedule load normally happens and triggers the reports on Friday night, Pacific US time, but due to late carrier submissions the data is loaded on Saturday morning), then it is possible that the reports will contain data from a different date range than expected.
You can defend against this by expanding the date range - schedule loads are very rarely more than 24 hours off of the expected time period; grabbing a few extra days of data which you can then ignore if the report runs as expected and will ensure the expected days are covered.
In the event of an oddity with the generated report's timing, an easier solution is to manually rerun the report. Navigate to your scheduled reports tab and then click the "Edit" button to be taken to the scheduled report with the proper configuration. Change the output to "Excel", the run time to "Now," and the dates to the date range of interest to get a "corrected" copy of your report.
