Using keyboard shortcuts:
Chrome on Windows:
Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button.
Or Hold down Ctrl and press F5.
Chrome on Mac:
Hold down Shift and click the Reload button.
Or Hold down Command, Shift and click the ‘R’ key.
Firefox on Windows:
Hold down Ctrl, Shift and the ‘R’ key.
Or Hold down Ctrl and press F5.
Firefox on Mac:
Hold down Command, Shift and the ‘R’ key.
Or Hold down Shift and press the reload button.
Safari on Mac:
Hold down the option and command key then press the ‘E’ key.
Internet Explorer on Windows:
Hold the Control key, press the F5 key.
Or, hold the Control key, click the Refresh button.
Using your browser's settings:
Google Chrome
Navigate to: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
Under Advanced settings, ensure that Time Range = All Time, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files are selected. Click Clear Data.
Firefox
Navigate to: about:preferences#privacy
Scroll down to History section and click Clear History.
Ensure that Time Range to Clear = Everything, and select Cache, Cookies, offline website data, active logins, and site settings. Click OK.
Microsoft Edge
Navigate to: edge://settings/clearBrowserData
Ensure that Time Range = All Time, Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files are selected. Then click Clear Now.
Once, you have cleared both your Cache and Cookie Site Data from your browser, please close the browser and relaunch it, then sign in to the tool again. Please don't hesitate to contact our Help Desk if the issue continues to persist.
