Yes. Use the Historical Search By Route/Airport feature. If you are interested in historical flights departing from a specific airport, then type in the airport name or code for the departure and specify the departure date you want to use for the search. You'll see a list of all flights on that date departing that airport. Similarly, if you want arrivals leave the departure airport blank and type in the arrival airport. If you see a flight you want to lookup, click on the flight number for detailed historical information.
