To change your credit card or billing address, log in to the site. Click on My FlightStats in the upper-right corner of the screen and then choose My Account. This will take you to your Account Preferences. Click on the Payment Information tab at the top of the screen where you can update and enter your name, address, and/or credit card details. Make sure to press the Save Changes button.
Your credit card will change in our system, but not be verified until your next billing date. If you have incorrectly entered something, the error may not show up until renewal.
